Part 2 of the Neo Comet Swordsman Series. The Shougatsu Financial Group are gone. The world is now wrapped in the dangers of something far more sinister. A war. A War of Magics. A outrageously powerful Arabic Wizard has amassed a gigantic army of men and magic-users alike (The Covenant of Sorcerers) for the purpose of crushing the pretensions of the Neo World Federation and dominating the world. Enter the 'Order of Light'. A noble army created by the NWF but existing outside its sphere of influence. The Order and the Federation have joined to try to stop the Covenant before they seize control of the world. But there seems to be only one way to bring an end to the War of Magics. And that is to resurrect the legendary 'Four Sacred Swords' used at that dark even known as Ten Sekai Sentou Kyousou.
