Story: The Chaos Gate

Summary:

The world has become a moral wasteland under the oppression of the invading darkness. Few know why the Chaos Gates began to appear, and even fewer are willing to stand against the evil they spewed forth onto the world. A band of strangers will come together, each possessing an ancient Rune, and become the last hope of the ailing populace. Traveling on the long forgotten threads of prophecy under the leadership of an outcast Sky Maiden... will they manage to save the dying world?

Notes: This story is a blend of many genres and will feature a wide range of emotional styles. While Action, Drama, Romance, and a fair bit of Comedy will be the primary focus there will be some very dark elements to the story, especially in the beginning. I've rated it M instead of MA because, while I will describe these scenarios to some extent, I will not give explicit details. If you feel it should be changed, simply say so.
