When this arc begins school is back in session after Summer break (year round schedule) and Sakura/Tomoyo face a new rival in one Rena Daisuki (the 13th Judgment) who wants to first take over the job of Card Captoring, then (when she relents that she can’t capture cards) she wants to watchdog Sakura tirelessly and make sure she doesn’t screw the job up.
