The two Leaf Kunoichi raced though the wet woods as Hinata fought back the tears building in her eyes. She just wanted to see Temari one more time. There was so much she wanted, no, needed to tell her that it made her chest hurt. Ino moved swiftly next to her as Hinata could see the pain in her eyes too.
“I bet she’s is as worried as I I’m.”
“Hinata, scan ahead so we don’t get ambushed before we find Temari and the others.” Ino halted as Hinata summoned her byakugan. Her eyes searched left to right as she noticed a familiar aura, but darker.
“Two clicks, do southwest.” Hinata replied sharply as Ino looked in the same direction.
“Is it them?” Ino asked as she saw the discomfort on Hinata’s face.
“I’ve felt this kind of aura somewhere before.”
“I think something is blocking them out, and whatever it is, it’s strong, very strong.” Hinata unfocused her eyes as she darted ahead. Ino quickly caught up as she didn’t like it when Hinata rushed things or anything to be honest.
“Something must be wrong if Hinata is moving this rapidly, I hope the others are ok.”
Ino kept her thoughts to herself as she continued next to her.
Two clicks southwest a battle ensued with little outside interference. Temari's wind attacks had drained most of her charka as she was the only one left in the group that had left the village the day before. Sakura and TenTen had joined the fight with three other ninja, but now the three laid dead and scattered like the rest.
“This is it? This is all the Leaf has to offer?” A slim, female with short, spiky black hair and red sunglasses laughed as she kicked TenTen into a tree. Sakura jumped in front of TenTen’s path to catch her, but the dark figure moved instantly, punching her out of the way and sprung up onto a tree branch with an evil smirk. TenTen slammed in the trunk of the tree and hit the ground as Sakura followed suit.
“And to think, I actually came from such a weak village.” The dark girl spat on the ground as Temari looked up from her hands and knees. The surprisingly young girl was wrapped in a long, black coat spotted with red clouds and above her head a headband with the leaf symbol crossed out. They all knew she was apart of the Akatsuki, a gang of elite rouge ninja. You could find any of them on the top of any village’s bingo books numbered with countless murders and other criminal actions.
“What are you planning on doing here? You couldn’t take a whole village on your own.” Temari slowly got to her feet with the help of her fan as she coughed up blood on the ground.
“Hahaha, you’re joking right? I knew sand ninja we’re stupid, but you take the cake honey.” The girl giggled as she dropped down from her branch.
“Answer my question you bitch!” Demanded Temari as she brought her weapon to attention. Sakura shook her head as she got to her feet with TenTen standing up right behind her.
“I don’t have to tell you a damn thing, but since your all going to fucking die anyway.” The girl laughed casually as she leaned back on the tree.
“I’m Shina Aburame of the Aburame clan, you probably know my twin Shino and if you know anything about my clan then you know you’re already dead-meat, funny how I was just using my tai-justsu the whole time and as for your question. I’m not taking over anything, I was just sent to wander from village to village, the outskirts really and kill any ninja I find, I just happen to catch your group already beaten up, so I decided to make a snack out of them.”
“You twisted freak, how many have you killed so far?” Sakura yelled madly as she armed herself with a kunai.
“A couple hundred I think, remember now it’s all village’s not jus’ yours, I don’t really keep count and most of the time they don’t find the bodies, so I guess no one really knows.” Shina smiled brightly as she licked her lips hotly. The three stood in awe of the insane girl as she made it sound as easy as breathing.
“You’re a monster, to kill like you do.” TenTen yelled fiercely as she threw a handful of shurikens. Shina sighed as she lifted her hand as a small wall of bugs blocked all the ninja stars.
“It’s funny that you should say that.” The shuriken fell to the ground in a pile at Shina's feet as she looked up with long, sharp canine teeth.
“You’re all pathetic, you haven’t even seen my true power.” Chuckled the girl as she lifted her hand and snapped her fingers. The bodies of the ninja on the ground all exploded with bugs, spattering blood and guts in all directions. TenTen and Sakura jumped to Temari’s side as Shina just stared at them with bugs pouring out of her sleeves and began to spin around her.
“First, I’m going to let my babies suck your charka down to the point of death and then I’m going to suck you dry of every drop of blood, and believe me the pain will be...” Shina hissed as her teeth grew even longer.
“...Agonizing.”
“You talk too much.” A voice groaned with boredom as a kunai hit the ground in front of the Akatsuki girl.
“Like flies on shit you Leaf ninja.” Shina tilted her head up at a blonde standing on a tree limb as Hinata ran next to Temari. Hinata smiled at the beaten girl as the blonde’s eyes said everything.
“She was happy and damn glad to see her.”
“Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?” Ino snapped back as she hopped down next to her friends. Closing her eyes Shina bit her lower lip hard enough to draw blood as the five girls put up their guard, waiting for some trick or trap to unfold.
“You mean the mother that made me have sex with my twin brother repeatedly for her own enjoyment? The mother that kidnaped me from my village and whored me out for money? The mother I killed with my own two hands?” Shina asked in a series of questions she already knew the answers to as the girls looked at her with mixed emotions.
“She can burn in the hottest, darkest part of hell and so can YOU!!!” Shina screamed as she waved her arms wildly, causing her killer insects to attack. The group scattered as the bugs followed.
“We have to attack their master. It’s pointless to attack the bugs head on.” Sakura yelled to the others as they dodged and jumped around the angry girl.
“You’ll never get pass them to get to me!” Yelled Shina as she continued her assault. The five got closer on every try as Shina felt the pressure.
“Hinata, this is Shino’s twin sister so any ideas will help.” TenTen yelled harshly as she unrolled two scrolls and which unleashed a barrage of weapons.
“Shino’s twin? So that’s the aura I felt...”
Hinata looked down at the girl as she overlaid Shino’s image over hers.
“That can’t be, then what she said earlier...”
“Hinata, look out!” Temari pushed Hinata out of the way as a wall of bugs smashed into the tall blonde.
“I’ve been going too easy on them, I have to take one of them down.”
With a quick set of hand signs one of the bugs attacking Temari started to glow green. The blonde slapped her neck instantly as she felt something bite her. Swaying slowly Temari dropped her fan and held her head.
“Temari!” Hinata glanced over at the stumbling girl as she knew she had to do something quickly. Sakura saw Hinata go to Temari’s side as she took command of the situation.
“Ino with me, TenTen! Help Temari and Hinata and get out of here!” Sakura directed sternly as she and Ino attacked the bug master again. Hinata and TenTen looped Temari’s arms around their necks and leaped up into the trees.
“Shit Sakura, this girl is good.” Ino panted severely as Sakura and her circled around the Akatsuki girl. Shina had single-handedly defended herself and attacked in the same motion against four leaf and one sand Kunoichi.
“What’s wrong pussies, getting tried?” Shina asked provocatively as her eyes darted between the two girls.
“The five of us couldn’t even out flank her, and now it just the two of us, we’re going to have to use it.”
Sakura though, knowing they’d have to use the new ability that they were still working on, but at this point it was all or nothing as she looked to Ino and nodded.
“This is your last chance to run away.” Ino grinned cheerfully, jumping in front of the fleeing girls and got Shina’s attention.
“I was’in planning on it, now be good little bitches and die, so I can go after your friends and kill them too!” Demanded Shina as she waved her arms furiously. Ino sneered darkly as she clearly had the bug girl’s attention and charged her. Sakura blitzed from the other side as she formed hand signs with lightning quickness. Four clones of Sakura appeared as the black-haired grinned cruelly. Ino threw two kunai at Shina forcing her to jump into air. One of the kunai’s struck a clone as the other two clones of Sakura jumped up to attack.
“Pitiful.” Shina laughed as she kicked both clones in the face with a spinning roundhouse.
“Pig in a blanket!” Ino yelled as the real Sakura boosted Ino at the unsuspecting girl. Ino’s uppercut caught Shina’s jaw with the full force of her right fist.
“Hopefully that will buy the others some more time.”
The bug master flew backward and skidded across the ground, rolling to a stop as Ino landed next to Sakura.
“Pig in a blanket? What kind of name is that?” Sakura asked unsurely as she looked to Ino, shrugging back.
“I don’t know, it jus’ popped into my head.” Ino smiled as she looked at the downed enemy. Shina got to her feet swiftly as her broken red sunglasses fell to the ground. Boiling rage seemed to pour out of Shina as her red eyes glared at the two girls standing ready for another attack.
“I’m going to gut you sluts and piss on your insides for this.” Shina stomped on the already broken glasses as a murderous snarl crossed her face, her bugs buzzing with the same intent. Suddenly a low voice announced itself in Shina’s right ear.
“That’s enough Shina, head back, we got another one.” A man said over her ear piece.
“But I have to finish...” Protested the bug master as the voice cut her off.
“We’re growing tried of you and your silly fucking killing games, get back here NOW!!!” Roared the voice as Shina looked up at the two leaf Kunoichi savagely.
“I guess we’ll have to finish this some other time then.” Shina smirked as she turned her back and launched up into trees.
“That's right! You better run bitch!” Ino yelled after the girl as she shook her fist.
“Ohhhh, don’t worry about your friend, she’ll be dead with in the hour, bye-bye cunt nuggets!” Shina hollered back as the two girls saw the evil smile cease her face again before she disappeared into the darkness of the forest.
“We better hurry.” Sakura looked to Ino as both headed back to the village. Hinata and TenTen carried Temari’s full weight now that she couldn’t support herself.
“Hang on Temari, we’re almost home.” Hinata assured softly as she launched herself to another set of branches. Temari slowly lifted her head as blood streamed down the sides of her mouth.
“H-Hinata?” Temari mumbled.
“Y-yes Temari.” Hinata voice crackled back as it pained her to hear the blonde sound so terrible.
“I-I-I’m glad, I got t-to see y-you one more time.” Temari coughed roughly as she tightened her arms around Hinata and TenTen’s necks.
“Shhhh, there’s going to be more times, you’ll see.” Hinata’s tears fell from her eyes as her lower lip tremble.
“T-That’s good to h-hear...” Temari moaned lightly as her head slumped down and passed out.
